Desired Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Support teachers with classroom instruction and activities
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed
- Help supervise students during instructional and non-instructional times
- Assist with classroom organization, materials preparation, and general tidiness
- Encourage student engagement and participation
- Follow and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under teacher guidance
- Foster a positive, respectful classroom environment
