School Speech Language Pathologist - Mason, Ohio

School-based Speech-Language Pathologists are needed for two distinct roles: one full-time position for the entire academic year and a second covering a 0.8 FTE maternity leave from August 19 to September 30. Both assignments support students with communication needs and help facilitate their success inside and outside the classroom.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in educational settings
• Prior experience providing speech-language services within schools strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A positive and student-centered approach to service delivery

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy per IEP goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
• Maintain accurate data and documentation for student progress
• Contribute to a supportive and inclusive school community
