We are a comprehensive community OB/GYN practice dedicated to delivering compassionate, individualized care while fostering a collaborative team environment. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to design your schedule, tailor your patient panel, and practice medicine in a nurturing setting that acknowledges the challenges of balancing professional and personal responsibilities.

What We Provide

• A four-day work week, or block time of 2-4 days per month.
• Collaboration with experienced certified nurse midwives who handle first OB calls, ensuring a balanced call schedule with the option for home calls.
• A modern, aesthetically pleasing main office situated on the Emerson Hospital campus, along with two nearby satellite locations.
• Opportunities to serve as the primary surgeon with support from GYN oncology and minimally invasive surgery specialists.
• In-office procedures, advanced 3D ultrasound capabilities, and access to maternal-fetal medicine consultations and Level II ultrasounds.
• 24/7 in-house anesthesia and pediatric coverage at Emerson Hospital, along with strong partnerships with leading academic medical institutions in Boston.
• A dedicated and engaged patient community, complemented by a robust referral network.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range of $275K to $325K, along with a competitive benefits package.
• A 1:5 call schedule, with first call generally managed by midwives.
• Occurrence-based malpractice insurance coverage.
• Partnership track available for interested candidates.
