\nThis is a medical nutrition therapy role focused on treating obesity and chronic diseases within a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model. You will work alongside nurse practitioners, personal trainers, and behavioral health specialists to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.

\nPosition Overview
\nWe are seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) in Maryland who is passionate about helping patients achieve sustainable health outcomes through nutrition, behavior change, and clinical collaboration.
\nThis role is a great opportunity for both experienced Registered Dietitians and new graduates who are registration eligible and eager to grow in a supportive, team-based healthcare environment.

\nKey Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients with obesity and chronic conditions \n
- Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans \n
- Provide medical nutrition therapy (MNT) and ongoing patient counseling \n
- Engage patients in behavior change and long-term lifestyle modification \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team (NPs, fitness trainers, behavioral health) \n
- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes \n
- Educate patients on evidence-based nutrition strategies \n
- Support patient adherence through motivational interviewing and coaching techniques \n

Qualifications
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field \n
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) – active OR registration eligible through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) \n
- Current Maryland Dietitian License (or eligibility to obtain) \n
- New graduates are welcome to apply \n
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills \n
