Education and or Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)

• 3+ years of surgical services experience
\n
• At least 1 year in a leadership role
\n
• Professional organization involvement preferred

• A steady, solutions-focused leadership style and passion for perioperative excellence
