Position: Associate DentistWe are on the lookout for an Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional dental care within the community and help us create memorable experiences for both children and adults. Key Responsibilities- Deliver dental services to patients with the assistance of a dedicated team.
- Utilize advanced tools and technologies, including:
- DentaPro software
- Digital x-ray and Panorex units
- Fiber-optic handpieces
- Participate in annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
- Work with a supportive team structure: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
- Serve a patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location.
- Manage an office flow of approximately 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
- Engage with various insurance plans, including state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors.

What We Offer- Guaranteed base salary exceeding $200K with unlimited earning potential.
- Sign-on bonus of $50,000.

We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- A current, valid dental license in the state where care is provided or eligibility for licensure.
- Additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (specific to LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
- A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults.
