Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment strategies.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to aid in recovery and improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within an academic health center.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing learning activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Relevant degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
