Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Psychology or Educational Psychology.
  • Active, valid PEL with School Psychologist Endorsement (Illinois required).
  • Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience as a School Psychologist.
  • Proven commitment to core values that support student success and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and interventions to identify and support students’ academic and social-emotional needs.
  • Serve as a valued member of multidisciplinary teams (SPED, 504, MTSS), ensuring compliance and driving positive outcomes for students.
  • Lead and monitor Tier 3 interventions, offering expertise in MTSS systems.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports, participate in problem-solving meetings, and maintain documentation for direct services and progress monitoring.
  • Collaborate regularly with network staff, families, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all applicable laws and guidelines.
  • Provide professional development and share research-based best practices with school staff and psychology teams.
  • Act as a key liaison, facilitating expert communication between teams and providing support to stakeholders regarding child development and learning disorders.

Role Details:

  • Caseload of 60 students, distributed between two K-8 sites.
  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, in person.
