This full-time contract opportunity gives you the chance to provide vital speech and language services to students from Pre-K through high school in a district-wide setting. You’ll benefit from a unique four-day work week, with Mondays through Thursdays scheduled from 8AM to 4PM, offering long weekends and outstanding work-life balance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current and active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure from the State of New Mexico
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based therapy and teletherapy modalities
  • Ability to deliver services effectively to students in person and virtually as needed
  • Comfortable working with a broad age range, from Pre-K through 12th grade
  • Willingness and ability to travel between sites within the district

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct speech-language therapy for students with a range of needs
  • Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation of student progress and interventions
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support students’ educational goals
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms as applicable to deliver remote services when necessary
