Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist license for Texas
  • CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellowship Year eligibility/completion
  • Experience in school-based SLP roles preferred
  • Ability to work across grade levels, PK-12
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct SLP services to a caseload of approximately 60 students
  • Work on-site across 1-2 campuses, with specific locations matched to your strengths and preferences
  • Assess, diagnose, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for diverse student populations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines
