Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or qualification as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Experience supporting school-aged students in speech and language development
• Collaborative approach and positive attitude working with teachers, families, and educational staff
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language delays or disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress toward therapeutic goals
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support student success across academic settings
• Offer support and resources to educators and families to help integrate strategies in the classroom and at home
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines
