Job Description
Make a meaningful impact in students’ lives in a supportive setting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Two BCBA opportunities are available—one focused on a middle school caseload and the other on high school students. These contract positions offer the flexibility to choose full-time or part-time hours.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience collaborating with students in middle or high school environments
- Strong assessment, data analysis, and behavioral intervention planning skills
- Ability to consult with teachers, support staff, and families
- Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and functional behavioral assessments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Organized and self-motivated, able to manage diverse caseloads
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and create data-driven intervention plans
- Collaborate closely with staff and families to implement positive behavior supports
- Provide direct support and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and classroom teams
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment for all students
