Key Responsibilities- Neurosurgery / Spine Surgery: Deliver comprehensive care to patients.

- Patient Care: Perform spine surgeries at both Trinity Health Chelsea Hospital (103-bed facility) and Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital (537-bed, Level I trauma center).
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Engage in care for complex neurosurgical and spine patients, working closely with PAs, RNs, and other support staff.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in initiatives and clinical trials related to spine devices.
- Camaraderie and Mentorship: Support a culture of teamwork and mentorship within the neurosurgery department.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurosurgery.
- Fellowship training in spine surgery is preferred.
- Ability to manage a high surgical volume and complex spine cases.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- 3 RNs assist with patient calls and wound care.
- Expected surgical cases: approximately 150 in the first year, increasing to around 300 once fully established.
