Speech Language Pathologist in Baltimore, MD

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students across several elementary, middle, and high schools near Baltimore, MD, starting August 10th, 2026 through June 9th, 2027. This onsite position provides a dynamic caseload across multiple locations, with full-time combinations available for optimal flexibility within a 37.5-hour workweek. You’ll work collaboratively with a dedicated team of educators and support staff to make a genuine difference in the lives of children requiring speech and language services.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active MD SLP license (or eligible)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 school populations
• Proficiency in educational documentation and IEP development
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students as identified in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct thorough assessments, generate comprehensive reports, and participate in eligibility meetings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams, families, and teachers across assigned schools to promote student growth
• Monitor and document student progress, adapting interventions as needed
• Contribute to IEP meetings and consult on best practices for language and communication development

Location Details:Positions are available at Bollman Bridge ES, Clarksville ES, Forest Ridge ES, Swansfield or Elkridge ES, Elkridge Landing MS, Hammond MS, and a combined Wild Lake HS/Howard HS split. Candidates can request assignments that match full-time hours by combining locations.
