Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA CCC required
• School-based SLP experience highly preferred
• Skilled in conducting evaluations, developing IEP goals, and providing direct services
• Comfortable working with a caseload of approximately 60 students, potentially across multiple sites
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP requirements
• Provide direct therapy and consultation services to students from various backgrounds and ability levels
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain detailed progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Coordinate with the Evaluation Coordinator and adapt services as needed across assigned locations
