Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Florida SLP license or temporary state certification
- Open to both SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellowship Year applicants
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but passionate new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, organization, and rapport-building skills
- Ability to develop and carry out IEP goals and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Role Highlights:
- Deliver direct therapy and conduct speech/language evaluations for students
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Create individualized treatment plans rooted in best practices
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families for holistic support
- Choose between two dynamic opportunities:
- Coral Springs Charter School, 4 days per week/32 hours
- Renaissance Charter School at Plantation, 5 days per week/40 hours
