Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapy license in Washington State
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students as identified in their IEPs or 504 Plans
• Assess individual student needs through observation, evaluation, and collaboration with staff
• Develop and implement therapy treatment plans tailored to school-based goals
• Create progress reports and maintain detailed records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Advise and educate teachers, families, and paraprofessionals on strategies to promote student independence and participation
• Adapt and modify classroom environment or materials to facilitate student success
