Desired Qualifications:

• Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Relevant experience providing speech and language services within a school environment
• Familiarity with K-12 student needs and IEP development
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassion, adaptability, and a student-centered approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of student speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized plans (IEPs) to address students’ unique learning challenges
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, both one-on-one and in group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide ongoing consultation and support to school staff and families
