We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative school team in Bremerton, Washington. This rewarding opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop the communication skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to determine students' needs and eligibility for services.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals.
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (if applicable).
Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations and classroom strategies.
Educate families and school staff on communication disorders and evidence-based interventions.


Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply if eligible.
Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
