Desired Qualifications:
- Holds current SLP licensure for the state of Illinois (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) participant
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate, engage, and connect with students across diverse backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide individualized treatment for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to develop effective IEPs
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and reports in accordance with district regulations
