Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Hold a valid Ohio SLP License and Educator Certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in school-based settings is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
- Committed to collaborative practice and ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students
- Work closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and district guidelines
