We are seeking passionate educators for three full-time, onsite positions for the 2026-2027 school year. These roles are contract-based and provide the opportunity to work in a dynamic team while supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Choose from three available positions and indicate your preferred setting when applying:

• Anderson High School: Life Skills classroom, working with approximately 10 students (7:20 AM – 2:30 PM).
• Southview Preschool: Two positions available in inclusive classroom settings, each with around 10 students (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM).

Key Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana teaching license (active status required; please provide a screenshot upon application).
• Background or certification in Special Education.
• Experience with individualized education plans (IEPs), classroom management, and differentiated instruction.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
• Dedication to fostering a positive learning environment for students with a range of abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction matched to student needs, in either a Life Skills or inclusion setting.
• Develop, implement, and review IEPs, working closely with support staff, families, and related service providers.
• Create an inclusive, structured, and nurturing classroom experience.
• Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
• Engage actively with school teams to promote student success.
