Registered Behavior Technician - Middleburg, FL

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license required
• Previous experience working with children in educational or therapeutic environments, particularly in elementary settings
• Comfortable adapting to itinerant assignments across multiple schools as the role transitions
• Completion of Florida-specific fingerprinting and credentialing; familiarity with AHCA Clearinghouse verification is a plus
• Compassion, flexibility, and a collaborative approach when working with school teams, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistent, evidence-based behavior intervention support to students, beginning with a dedicated one-on-one assignment
• Track and document student progress accurately to support phase-out planning and the transition to broader program support
• Collaborate with educators and program specialists to implement individualized intervention strategies
• Transition to providing services at three to four schools within a low incidence program as the school year progresses
