Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A specialty pharmacy in Cordova, TN seeks a driven Staff Pharmacist with strong work ethic and a desire to grow professionally. Location: Cordova, Tennessee
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients with hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other conditions requiring infused medications.
• Manage specialized therapies including factor replacement, emicizumab, and a wide range of subcutaneous and IV infusions.
• Educate patients and families on drug administration, side effect management, adherence, and home safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to optimize patient outcomes.
• Partner with reimbursement specialists to handle insurance navigation, prior authorizations, and financial assistance.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Tennessee (required)
• Arkansas pharmacist license highly preferred
• Experience with CareTend software is highly preferred; training available
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed
• Motivated self-starter, eager to learn and grow in specialty pharmacy
