We are seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 academic year: one full-time position for the duration of the school year, and a second, part-time opportunity to provide maternity leave coverage (0.8 FTE, August 19 – September 30). These contract roles offer a rewarding chance to collaborate with educators, families, and students, ensuring every child has access to vital speech and language services.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
  • Current CCC-SLP credential
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Ohio
  • Prior experience in a school setting, delivering services for diverse student populations
  • Proficient in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for speech/language disorders
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students on assigned caseloads
  • Assess, develop, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Work closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
  • Support students’ academic and social development through evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
