Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (for SLP/CFY roles)
  • Valid Washington State licensure or eligibility for SLP or SLPA positions
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows welcomed and supported
  • Experience (or strong interest) in providing services to pediatric and school-aged populations
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms a plus
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, working closely with students, families, and school staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students with diverse communication needs, either onsite or through teletherapy
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and caregivers to support students’ academic and social development
  • Monitor progress, maintain detailed records, and provide updates to IEP teams
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, professional training, and school initiatives
