Speech Language Pathologist in Ellicott City, MD

You’ll have the flexibility to combine assignments across multiple sites for a full-time schedule—locations include Bollman Bridge ES, Clarksville ES, Forest Ridge ES, Swansfield ES or Elkridge ES, Elkridge Landing MS, Hammond MS, with the added possibility of a split full-time position at Wilde Lake HS and Howard HS. Your work will be instrumental in preparing students to achieve their fullest potential.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current, valid Maryland SLP License (required)
• SLP-CCC strongly preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) accepted
• Previous school-based SLP experience a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations; reliable transportation is essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete assessments, design treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student IEP goals
• Document services and student progress in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Provide consultation and coaching for staff, families, and caregivers
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
