Make a difference in the lives of young learners as an Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist supporting a dedicated ECSE 3-5 caseload. This contract role spans the 2026-2027 school year, offering an opportunity to collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team and engage directly with families and educators in a supportive environment.

Starting in late August and continuing through mid-June, this position is set near Andover, MN, in the Blaine area, working standard school hours Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours weekly. You’ll deliver evidence-based speech and language services to preschool-aged children, fostering communication development at a critical stage.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in early childhood/school-based settings with ECSE (ages 3-5) is highly desirable
  • Strong assessment, intervention planning, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
  • Resume submission required for consideration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to early childhood students
  • Assess, diagnose, and document speech/language disorders using standardized tools
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to children’s needs
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and team members to support student outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations and best practices
