Key Qualifications:
- Current State Licensure as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP)
- Valid Licensed Psychologist credentials
- Experience or strong interest in assessment, counseling, and intervention within the K-12 setting
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different campuses
- Skills in collaboration, problem-solving, and confidential documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students referred for services
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to address student needs
- Deliver evidence-based counseling and interventions as needed
- Support the development and implementation of IEPs and behavior intervention plans
- Provide crisis intervention and mental health support
- Maintain accurate, timely case records in compliance with school and state regulations
