Multiple contract positions are available for the upcoming school year, working in both 1:1 and classroom support roles. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who have prior experience in schools and are eager to collaborate within a dynamic educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma (no additional paraprofessional certifications or higher education required)
  • Documented experience working within a school setting
  • Ability to provide three completed references, including your most recent manager, prior to the interview
  • Comfortable working in both individualized (1:1) and classroom settings
  • Strong communication skills and the flexibility to adapt to students’ diverse needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support students in 1:1 and group classroom environments, assisting with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional tasks
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and other educational staff to promote an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere
  • Offer encouragement and support to help students meet their individualized educational goals
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Demonstrate reliability by adhering to the designated schedule of 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:30am – 2:30pm (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
