Retail Pharmacist in Charge in Theodore, AL

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to oversee pharmacy operations within a specialty retail setting. The role involves managing a small team of two pharmacy technicians, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of patient care and compliance. Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Pharmacy Manager or Pharmacist in Charge.
• Familiarity with non-sterile compounding, especially creams and gels, is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency with pharmacy software systems; experience with New Leaf is a significant plus.
