Mail Order Pharmacist - Evening Shift

Join a fast-paced renal specialty mail order pharmacy that fills approximately 1,000 prescriptions daily. We're seeking experienced pharmacists who thrive in a high-volume environment and are looking for a 13-week contract assignment. Responsibilities

• Perform Pharmacist Verification 1 (PV1) and Pharmacist Verification 2 (PV2)
• Complete final verification of prescriptions before dispensing
• Verify the correct medication, packaging, labeling, and prescription directions
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure safe and efficient medication dispensing
• Work closely with pharmacy staff to maintain workflow and quality standards

Work Hours

• 13-week contract assignment
• ASAP start

Experience

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of high-volume retail, mail order, or specialty pharmacy experience
• Experience with final prescription verification preferred
• WellSky experience is a plus but not required
• Comfortable working in a pharmacy filling approximately 1,000 prescriptions per day

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent from an accredited pharmacy program
• Active pharmacist license in good standing
