Key Qualifications:
- Active California SLP-CCC licensure required
- Previous experience working virtually in a school setting is essential
- Background in pediatric speech-language pathology, serving school-aged children
- Comfortable managing a caseload under 55 students
- Familiarity with both elementary and high school populations
- Preferred: current state credentialing and ability to start without delay
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver teletherapy speech and language services in accordance with IEP goals
- Perform and interpret evaluations, collaborating with other educational professionals and families
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students, adjusting strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress monitoring in a virtual platform
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations based on thorough assessments
- Foster relationships with educators and parents, providing support and consultation as needed
