As a full-time, in-person provider, you'll act as a floating SLP, traveling between multiple partner districts to support areas where your expertise is most needed—ranging from covering maternity leaves to taking on cases that require immediate, in-person attention. Desired Background and Skills:
- Valid license or eligibility as an SLP in Minnesota
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) in progress/completed
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech therapy within school settings
- Adaptability and readiness to work in varied locations throughout the week
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and intervention for students requiring speech-language services
- Manage diverse caseloads as you rotate through different districts
- Work supportively with staff to design effective, individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress with all stakeholders
- Offer an in-person alternative where remote services are not appropriate or requested
