As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll be instrumental in developing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and making a tangible impact in the lives of students.
Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design individualized behavioral interventions
- Strong communication and consultative skills to work with staff, parents, and students
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to evidence-based practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans for students
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to staff, students, and families
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Train and coach educators, paraprofessionals, and related service providers on implementing behavior strategies and supports
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential records in compliance with regulatory guidelines
