- Valid licensure as an MD/DO, PA-C, or NP in the State of Michigan

- Assist the Division Head in strategic planning, setting objectives, and implementing divisional initiatives
- Support daily operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and policy enforcement
- Provide leadership and mentorship to faculty and staff, encouraging collaboration and professional development
- Engage in hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and management processes
- Help manage budgets, resources, and adherence to institutional policies
- Represent the division in meetings, committees, and collaborative efforts
- Act on behalf of the Division Head as necessary to maintain leadership continuity
