Requirements
  • Valid licensure as an MD/DO, PA-C, or NP in the State of Michigan
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Division Head in strategic planning, setting objectives, and implementing divisional initiatives
  • Support daily operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and policy enforcement
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to faculty and staff, encouraging collaboration and professional development
  • Engage in hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and management processes
  • Help manage budgets, resources, and adherence to institutional policies
  • Represent the division in meetings, committees, and collaborative efforts
  • Act on behalf of the Division Head as necessary to maintain leadership continuity
