Qualifications/Experience:

• Valid OT license in Illinois (or eligible)
• Experience or strong interest in school-based OT settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to a caseload of approximately 18 high school students
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans
• Contribute to IEP meetings and documentation
• Facilitate functional independence and participation in school activities
• Maintain up-to-date, thorough records as required by district and legal standards
