Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid SLP license for the state
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation

  • Ability to work with students across the K-12 spectrum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload spanning kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth and achievement
  • Participate in IEP meetings, write clear reports, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Contribute to inclusive educational environments by providing staff consultation and student advocacy
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
