Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
  • School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
  • Comfort with both traditional and teletherapy service delivery models
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and documentation
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ educational goals
  • Deliver therapy in both group and individual settings, adapting techniques for in-person and teletherapy as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate records, progress updates, and compliance with all required documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning for student success
  • Provide consultation and resources to parents and staff
