A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking a full-time position supporting K-12 students. Located in the vibrant area near Chelan, WA, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact while working alongside a collaborative educational team. Key Qualifications:

  • Holds a current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • School-based SLP experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Passion for helping K-12 students reach their fullest potential

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments and therapy to K-12 students with diverse needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student success
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of student progress and therapy plans
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Offer support and training to classroom staff as needed
