School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Roseville, Ohio

In this role, you’ll split your time between two elementary school buildings—working Mondays and Wednesdays at one site, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at the other. The workday spans from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, providing consistent hours and a healthy work-life balance. You’ll provide services to an eager student population of approximately 50-60 children, making a meaningful impact throughout the school community. The assignment is anticipated to run from the beginning of October through January.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP licensure in the state of Ohio and ASHA CCCs
• Experience in a school setting and familiarity with IEP development
• Strong clinical skills in speech, language, and social communication
• Confident in both in-person and teletherapy service delivery for school-aged students
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students in individual and group sessions
• Assess, plan, and implement IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure student progress
