Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to provide resident-focused care within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status.
• Develop and regularly update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Work collaboratively with therapists, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), healthcare providers, and family members to achieve rehabilitation goals and address long-term care needs.
• Promote safety and ensure high-quality outcomes for all residents.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
