REGISTERED NURSE

Position: Registered Nurse

Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to provide resident-focused care within our 24-hour nursing environment at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status.
• Design and regularly update personalized care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support residents in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.
• Advocate for residents' dignity, safety, and overall quality of life through effective communication and education.
• Contribute to a workplace culture that values respect, teamwork, and ongoing quality enhancement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
