Our organization, a physician-led multispecialty group with over 120 providers, is in search of an OBGYN Residency Program Director to join our team in Fresno, California. We are affiliated with a highly regarded medical center that has been recognized as the Best Regional Hospital by U.S. News & World Report.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee, coordinate, and manage the integrated OB-GYN Residency Program at our affiliated medical center, ensuring compliance with ACGME standards.
- Engage actively in both clinical and educational activities related to resident training.
- Provide leadership and guidance to OBGYN residents during didactic and clinical educational sessions.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Program Director within the last five (5) years, or at least three (3) years as an Associate Program Director during the same timeframe.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in graduate medical education within an ACGME-accredited teaching hospital and OB-GYN program.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with resident physicians, teaching faculty, hospital administration, and other staff members.
- A genuine passion for leadership development and mentoring residents.
- Possession of a full and unrestricted medical license from the California State Medical Board, along with current OBGYN Board Certification.
This is a full-time position, with a commitment of 0.5 FTE dedicated to the role of Program Director.
