Join Our Dynamic Urology Team as a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner

We invite you to become a part of our vibrant Urology team in Richland, Washington, where you will provide innovative care alongside three Urologists and three Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs). This fast-paced environment offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in emergency department call duties.
  • Assist in the operating room as a first assist.
  • Engage with patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
  • Rotate through clinic, inpatient, emergency department, and first assist roles.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting bonus of $30,000 for experienced providers and $15,000 for new graduates.
  • Compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift bonuses, as applicable.

  • Monday to Friday schedule.
