Job Description
We invite you to become a part of our vibrant Urology team in Richland, Washington, where you will provide innovative care alongside three Urologists and three Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs). This fast-paced environment offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in emergency department call duties.
- Assist in the operating room as a first assist.
- Engage with patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Rotate through clinic, inpatient, emergency department, and first assist roles.
- Starting bonus of $30,000 for experienced providers and $15,000 for new graduates.
- Compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift bonuses, as applicable.

- Monday to Friday schedule.
- Preferred experience in Urology and operating room settings.
