Our organization is in search of a dedicated BCBA Clinical Supervisor to spearhead exceptional ABA services for children and young adults diagnosed with autism. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the quality of care provided to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs.
• Develop and manage tailored treatment plans for individuals.
• Oversee and mentor behavior technicians to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
• Facilitate training sessions for parents to empower them in supporting their children.
• Work collaboratively with families, educational institutions, and healthcare professionals to promote client development.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Experience in providing ABA services, particularly with children and young adults.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
