Job Description
Make a meaningful impact as an Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist working with students ages 3-5 in an engaging school-based setting. This contract position spans the academic year, beginning late August 2026 and concluding in early June 2027, offering a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Essential Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Prior experience in school settings or with early childhood/ECSE populations (ages 3-5) highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to create supportive, individualized therapy plans tailored to diverse learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services for early childhood students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement meaningful IEP goals and progress monitoring strategies
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student success
- Document services and maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
- Employ evidence-based interventions and creative approaches to engage young learners
