Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Valid Educator Certificate
  • Previous experience in a school setting highly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage caseloads of approximately 50–55 early childhood students
  • Experience supervising or mentoring support staff, such as SLPAs, is a plus
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to early childhood students in-person
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to create a supportive learning environment
  • Supervise and provide guidance to an onsite SLPA, ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Track student progress and maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Primarily provide onsite services; hybrid arrangements with at least three in-person days per week may be considered for qualified supervisors
