Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Possession of—or ability to quickly obtain—Michigan School Psychologist Certification
- Experience within school settings is a plus
- Proficient in student assessment, intervention planning, and support strategies

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student assessments and interpret data to inform intervention strategies
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to design plans that address academic and mental health needs
- Provide consultation and guidance to teachers and administrators on student accommodations and best practices
- Be actively involved beyond testing by offering counseling, preventive initiatives, and skill-building workshops
- Assignments will span 1-2 school buildings, allowing for consistent relationships and a deeper community impact

- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
