Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services and progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning
  • Stay current on best practices and emerging trends in speech-language pathology
